This role will focus on rapid response to breakdowns, accurate fault-finding, and completion of planned maintenance to minimise downtime.Beyond the tools and troubleshooting, this role is about taking pride in keeping the line running smoothly so our food is ready for its place on every table.Your role will include:Liaising with production managers and shift supervisors to determine day to day maintenance and production prioritiesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance across plant equipment, keeping up-to-date maintenance records of all daily activitiesPlaying key role in developing, implementation of a continuous improvement program & culturePerform daily in-depth fault finding, Root Cause Analyses, diagnosis and breakdown repairsComply with Company and Government legislation regarding Health & Safety and ensure H&S standards are maintained to highest standardsDiagnose and repair faults on plant control systems.
