The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality, client-focused advice and fostering a supportive environment for its staff.The Role The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of Private Family matters, including:Divorce and financial remedy workPre- and post-nuptial agreementsCohabitation contracts and TOLATA mattersPrivate children issuesNon-molestation and occupation orders This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in Private Family law who is confident running files from inception to conclusion and providing exceptional client care.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage a personal caseload of Private Family mattersDraft pleadings, agreements, and other legal documentation accurately and efficientlyLiaise sensitively with clients and provide clear, practical adviceAttend client meetings, oversee execution of documents, and maintain excellent client relationshipsWork collaboratively with colleagues while contributing to business development initiatives and networking opportunitiesKeep fully up to date with relevant legislation, case law, and best practice standardsCandidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in Family LawStrong experience in privately funded matrimonial work, including divorce, finances, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, and pre/post-nuptial agreementsExperience handling non-molestation/occupation orders and private children mattersExcellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, third parties, and referrersStrong technical ability to provide sound legal advice both orally and in writingConfident, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlinesHighly organised with attention to detail and strong time management skillsCompetent in case management software and Microsoft Office toolsWhy Join?Be part of a supportive and highly experienced team of family law specialistsManage your own caseload and develop your expertise in Private Family lawWork for a firm with a strong reputation in the industry and a client-focused ethosOpportunities to participate in marketing, networking, and business development initiatives This role is ideal for a solicitor who is ambitious, client-focused, and ready to make a significant contribution to a respected Private Family law team.
