Night Shift Supervisor (Food)Lisburn Area Vickerstock are proud to be partnering our Food Manufacturing Client - who are hugely passionate about their products and the people who produce them - with the appointment of a Night Shift Supervisor for their facility based near Lisburn What we offerUp to £40000 depending on experience40hours per week - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm.Company pensionEmployee discountFree parkingYour responsibilities on Night ShiftEnsure the production team are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipmentLiaise with production manager on production plans to ensure constant flow of production.Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials - ensuring all traceability information is completed.Perform continuous inspection of product to ensure qualityEnsure all equipment is in good operating conditionPromotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication and cooperation.Ensure employee compliance with company rulesAssist with employee training and performance reviewsMake recommendations on disciplinary action and otherwise participates in the disciplinary action process as necessaryFulfilment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.(please note this is a Night Shift role Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm).
