Maintenance Operative (Part-Time 3 Days Per Week)We are seeking a motivated, reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).The successful candidate will support general maintenance, groundwork, and site operations, assisting with a range of practical duties to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.This role would suit someone with experience in maintenance, construction, groundwork, or general labouring who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with general site duties, maintaining properties, grounds and equipmentOperate light plant machinery as requiredSupport the setup and preparation of work areasEnsure work areas are kept tidy, safe and organisedLoad and unload materials and equipmentFollow health and safety procedures at all timesWork effectively as part of a team or independently when requiredRequirementsClean driving licenceCSR cardExperience with light plant machineryGood time management and reliabilityMini digger / dump truck experience desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer£13.50 - £14.50 an hour, depending on experienceCompany van may be provided depending on experience and availability
