Generous salaryFantastic employee benefits, including free in-office breakfast & lunchHybrid working – 4 days in the office / 1 day remoteChancery Lane / City Thameslink / Blackfriars EA to Senior Partner (Corporate) Key Responsibilities: Manage diary, calendars, emails, travel, client correspondence, files, documents, and reports on behalf of busy Fee-EarnersAnticipate needs of Fee-Earners by identifying potential issues and using initiative to anticipate those needsPrepare and organise new client matters and engagementsKeep up to date records and tracking charts for Fee-EarnersHandle complex billing mattersPrepare draft offer letters including finalise formal letters and attachmentsOrganise Partner’s dinners, preparing balanced attendee lists, liaising with partners, and catering, and producing table plans EA to Senior Partner (Corporate) Skills & Requirements: Significant experience as an Executive Assistant to C‑suite / Partner‑level leadership within a law firmPrevious Legal PA / EA / Secretarial experience within Corporate at a law firmAdvanced Microsoft 365 proficiencyComfortable working across multiple time zones with occasional early / late meetingsStrong stakeholder management with partners, clients, and business services teams
