Description Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting processes.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with external auditors and support the audit process.Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.Provide financial insights to support decision-making within the organisation. Profile A successful Financial Accountant should have: A recognised qualification in accounting or finance.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.Proficiency in financial systems and software relevant to the role.Experience in the retail industry would be advantageous.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment like London.
