Commercial Litigation Solicitor | International Firm | Birmingham | Hybrid About the Opportunity An international law firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join its growing disputes team in Birmingham. The team advises a broad range of national and international clients including corporates, financial institutions, and professional services businesses. The Birmingham office plays an important role within the firm’s wider disputes practice and offers exposure to complex, high-value matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial litigator looking to work on sophisticated disputes within a collaborative and high-performing team. The Role You will work on a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including: • Contractual and shareholder disputes• Corporate and partnership disputes• Financial services and banking litigation• Professional negligence claims• High-value and complex commercial litigation in the High Court You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters while also taking responsibility for your own files where appropriate. About You You will be a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation. The firm is seeking: • Strong experience in commercial dispute resolution• Exposure to High Court litigation and complex cases• Excellent drafting, analytical and case management skills• A commercially focused and pragmatic approach• The ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively within a team Why Apply?
