Capital City College is looking for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London. About the Role This role is offered on a term-time only, fixed term basis, the contract will end 3rd March 2027. This role is term time only, working 38 weeks per year. To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the Campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner need. You will be working with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support. About the Team You will join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high-quality support across the college. About You We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiencyClear and professional communication skillsConfidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skillsA proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adaptExperience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
