Randstad Education is recruiting a proactive and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a vibrant and supportive school in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children overcome barriers and flourish in the classroom. What You'll Do: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).Encourage active participation and build student confidence.Assist students with behavioural challenges and learning development.Support students with general classroom activities, displays, and creative tasks.Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents. What We're Looking For: Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or SEN environment.A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).Legal RTW in the UK and willing to work long-term full-time for 5 days a week.
