This role involves supporting on a range of operational and administrative duties within a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities. Competitive salary09:30-17:30 working hoursHybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)Free in-office meals EA to Senior Directors Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated, high-level support to International and London Senior Directors of AdministrationManage complex, frequently changing calendarsCoordinate weekly and monthly meetings, logistics, and communication of schedule changesDraft, edit, format, and proofread presentations, memos, and leadership materials with a high degree of accuracyCreate agendas, itineraries, and comprehensive meeting materials for committees, leadership groups, and senior managementAssist with ongoing and ad hoc special projects, taking on additional responsibilities as skills developSupport budget and other Firmwide processes by collating data and preparing reportsHelp organise office events and firm-related engagements, including logistics and onsite support EA to Senior Directors Skills & Requirements: Proven PA / Secretarial experience supporting senior leadership within a law firmAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with document comparison tools, expense/invoice processing platforms, Adobe Acrobat
