Mechanical & Electrical Project Engineer – London. We are currently working with several Tier One Contractors delivering some of London’s most prestigious projects, and we are looking for Mechanical & Electrical Project Engineers to join their growing teams.They have major M&E schemes throughout London with M&E values up to 35 Million Plus.These roles offer the opportunity to work on large-scale developments across London, including:• Commercial office new builds and CAT A/CAT B fit-outs• Data centre developments• High-end residential buildingsKey Responsibilities:Assist in the delivery of M&E packages across major construction projectsSupport project managers in coordinating mechanical and electrical servicesManage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to the programmeReview technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning plansEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and project standardsLiaise with consultants, clients, and site teamsRequirements:Educational background in Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering(HND, HNC, BEng, or Master’s degree)Minimum 18 months’ experience within the Building Services industryExperience working on commercial, residential, or data centre projects preferredStrong understanding of M&E coordination and site deliveryExcellent communication and teamwork skillsLocation: LondonSalary: £40,000-£75,000 depending on ExperienceProjects: Commercial offices, data centres, residential developments, and major fit-outsThis is an excellent opportunity to join market-leading Tier One contractors and contribute to some of the most exciting construction projects in London.If you are interested or would like to learn more, feel free to apply directly or send me a message.
