Teaching AssistantHaywards Heath (Full-Time / Part-Time Available)We are seeking a friendly and supportive Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Haywards Heath. This role offers flexible working options, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in the classroom and help students stay engaged with their learning. The role may involve working with different year groups and providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional help.Key responsibilities:Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson deliverySupporting students individually or in small groupsProviding 1:1 support where requiredHelping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environmentEncouraging students to stay focused and confident in their learningWe are looking for someone who:Enjoys working with children and supporting their developmentIs patient, approachable, and reliableCan adapt to different classroom settings and student needsHas strong communication and teamwork skillsIs enthusiastic about helping students succeedPrevious experience working in a school or with children is helpful but not essential, as training and support can be provided.Term Time Teachers are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, therefore all applicants will be subject to a full face-to-face registration and an Enhanced DBS (Formerly known as CRB)
