Previous SEN experience is essentialCalm, patient and adaptable approachStrong communication and rapport-building skillsLevel 2/3 TA qualification advantageousDriving licence beneficial SEN training highly valued, including:Understanding AutismADHD AwarenessTeam Teach / De-escalation TrainingTrauma-Informed PracticeBSL or communication-based trainingMakaton (highly desirable for supporting communication needs) What You'll Receive ??
