Personal Injury Solicitor – Leeds A leading regional law firm is looking to recruit an Associate-level Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) to join its growing Military Claims team, based in modern Leeds City Centre offices. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, often politically sensitive litigation on behalf of serving military personnel and veterans.The role will involve managing a varied caseload of complex personal injury claims arising from military service. Matters may include defective equipment, training-related injuries, cold exposure injuries, bullying and harassment, discrimination, noise-induced hearing loss and claims brought under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and Armed Forces Pension Schemes.Your ProfileThis position would suit a Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with around 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in personal injury litigation. Experience in military claims or claims against the Ministry of Defence is highly desirable, although candidates outside this PQE range will be considered where they can demonstrate relevant experience and strong potential.You will have experience handling high-value and complex cases in the County Court, High Court and Tribunal Services, along with a working understanding of the Service Complaints System.
