Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Fee EarnerA highly regarded, multi-service law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its established and friendly property team based in Carlisle.Remuneration & BenefitsSalary:£35,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)The RoleManage a residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to completionHandle a mix of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase mattersExperience with new build and remortgage files would be advantageousProvide an excellent level of client care at all timesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducersDeal with and raise enquiries effectivelyDelegate tasks where appropriate to support staffThe CandidateQualified or unqualified conveyancing fee earners will be considered, provided they have relevant experienceApplications welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx qualified)Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
