We're seeking an experienced Anti Social Behaviour Officer to join our social housing client, managing ASB cases across Liverpool and St Helens. You'll work on an agile basis, with 2 x set office days per week (St Helens and Liverpool), so a driving licence with access to your own vehicle, valid business insurance, and flexibility to commute across these areas is essential. Key responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of ASB reports from initial complaint through to resolution Carry out investigations, conduct interviews, gather evidence including witness statements, and prepare case files Undertake site visits, estate walkabouts, and targeted hotspot work Support victims and witnesses, ensuring timely communication and safeguarding considerations Work closely with tenants, partner agencies, police, and internal teams to deliver proportionate and effective interventions Attend court to present evidence and represent the group where required Use enforcement tools and powers appropriately such as warnings, ABCs, CPWs, CPNs and preparing legal documentation for injunctions or possession proceedings What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in ASB, enforcement or community safety within social housing Strong understanding of ASB legislation, enforcement powers, and case management Experience of preparing legal case files and presenting evidence in courtConfident communicator with a pro-active, problem-solving mindset What you'll get in return Weekly pay Competitive hourly rates Option to be paid PAYE/Umbrella Hybrid working Mileage reimbursement What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
