My client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to come on board to part of a large transformation programme of work all centralised around Digital and Change programmes.Key skills and responsibilities,Extensive experience as a Business AnalystBackground in business change initiativesComprehensive involvement in end-to-end transformation projectsProven track record working within digital environments, with hands-on implementation and adoption of apps and websitesExceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levelsAbility to identify, define, and support change efforts that enhance customer value and drive commercial benefitsSkill in engaging and persuading stakeholders to ensure necessary input, buy-in, and support for successful project outcomesProficient in eliciting, documenting, and agreeing upon comprehensive requirements for changes affecting people, processes, and technologyInterested?!
