An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join a growing Quality Assurance team. This role involves internal auditing across multiple departments, providing detailed feedback to employees and managers, and supporting internal data analysis and reporting.You may also have the opportunity to attend audits with external business partners and assist with complaint handling, making this a varied and engaging role. This position would suit someone who is naturally inquisitive, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and confidence engaging with colleagues and external stakeholders.Quality Assurance Assistant Guildford (Hybrid Working) £26,000 – £28,000 Full-time | Monday – Friday Benefits: Private Medical Insurance, Pension Scheme, Group Life Cover, Salary Sacrifice Electric Vehicle Scheme, Hybrid working (Mon & Fri from home, Tue–Thu in the office) and more! *Available after successful completion of probation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits across various departmentsProvide constructive feedback on audit findings to staff and managementAssist with internal data analysis and reportingSupport audits of external partners when requiredAssist with complaint handling and investigation processesMaintain accurate records using internal systems and management information toolsKeep up to date with regulatory, technical, and market developments through ongoing trainingSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2+ years’ experience in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance(ideally within insurance, legal, or financial services)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsIntermediate Excel skillsExcellent written communication and report writing skillsConfident communicating with senior stakeholdersHighly organised, proactive, and self-motivatedExperience with AuditWise CRM would be advantageousStrong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook***For your information:*Interested?
