Property Solicitor Derry/Londonderry & Omagh, £35,000 £60,000 + Bonus , All levels of PQE considered.OverviewPathway is proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking and expanding law firm as they seek to appoint a Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor to join their growing team in Derry/Londonderry or Omagh.With a strong client base, modern working practices, and a dynamic leadership team. Whether you are newly qualified or have several years' PQE, this is a chance to join a supportive and ambitious firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services across Northern Ireland.Key ResponsibilitiesResidential & Commercial ConveyancingManage a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion.Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and land registrations.Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.Ensure all legal and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.Probate & Private ClientAdminister estates from obtaining Grant of Probate to final distribution.Advise clients on wills, powers of attorney, and inheritance planning.Prepare and review wills and trusts in line with clients instructions.Work closely with families, executors and beneficiaries in a professional and compassionate manner.Client Care & CommunicationBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and a personable approach.Maintain the firms reputation for excellent service standards and attention to detail.Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the collaborative culture of the firm.Essential Skills and ExperienceQualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.Experience in conveyancing and/or probate (all levels of PQE will be considered).Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to legal practice.Whats on OfferCompetitive salary based on experience: £35,000 £60,000.Performance-related bonus scheme.Private medical insurance and company pension.Supportive and flexible working environment.Genuine opportunity for progression in a growing and respected firm.Opportunity to be based in either the Derry/Londonderry or Omagh office.If you're ready to take the next step in your legal career with a firm that values growth, development and innovation, wed love to hear from you.At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.In line with GDPR regulations, your personal information will only be used for recruitment purposes, stored securely and never shared without your consent.
