An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer, ideally with 5+ years' PQE, to step into a leadership role within a highly regarded and expanding law firm. This role is suited to a commercially minded and proactive professional who is keen to manage their own caseload, mentor junior colleagues and play a key part in the continued growth and success of the Residential Property department.Applicants must hold and maintain a Licensed Conveyancer qualification to be considered for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a full caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages, with minimal supervisionProviding clear, pragmatic legal advice while delivering consistently high standards of client careSupervising, mentoring and developing junior team members, including involvement in training, coaching and performance reviewsAchieving agreed personal and departmental billing targetsEnsuring matters progress efficiently, with clients kept regularly informed on timescales and costsMaintaining compliance with SRA and Law Society regulations, the Solicitors Accounts Rules and all firm policies and proceduresOverseeing effective file management and diary control to ensure timely completionsManaging credit control on personal files in close collaboration with the accounts teamDriving business development activity and identifying growth opportunities alongside the Head of Department and senior leadershipRepresenting the department internally and externally, upholding the firm's values and professional reputationLeadership and Strategic ContributionTaking an active role in the strategic development of the Residential Property team and the wider firmWorking with partners and senior management to identify and implement process and service improvementsSupporting firm-wide marketing initiatives and client relationship management strategiesEncouraging and contributing to the ongoing development of junior colleagues through mentoring and in-house trainingRequirementsLicensed Conveyancer qualification (must be maintained)Proven experience managing a busy residential property caseload independentlyPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience (highly desirable)Strong mentoring, coaching and team-building skills with a positive and supportive leadership styleWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary with bonus structureA leadership role within a respected and growing law firmOngoing training and professional developmentSupportive, collaborative working environmentFlexible and hybrid working arrangementsClear and genuine opportunities for career progressionApply NowIf you are ready to take the next step in your residential property career and lead within a professional, client-focused firm, apply today or contact Rachael Atherton at G2 Legal for a confidential discussion.#INDMADN
