Outdoor Learning and Enrichment Coordinator - SEN School - YateleyA supportive SEN school in Yateley is seeking a passionate Outdoor Learning and Enrichment Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who believes in the power of outdoor education and enrichment to support young people with additional needs.The successful candidate will lead and coordinate a range of outdoor learning opportunities and enrichment activities that enhance students' academic, social and emotional development.Location: Yateley, HampshireSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)Contract: Full Time or Part TimeStart Date: ASAP or September StartThe RolePlan and deliver outdoor learning programmes for students with SENCoordinate enrichment activities such as forest school, outdoor education and life skills experiencesSupport students' confidence, independence and teamwork through experiential learningWork with teachers and support staff to integrate outdoor learning into the curriculumOrganise enrichment activities, trips and eventsEnsure all activities follow safeguarding and health & safety guidanceThe Ideal CandidateExperience working with children or young people with SENA passion for outdoor learning and enrichmentStrong communication and organisational skillsCreative, proactive and able to engage young peopleExperience in outdoor education, youth work or forest school is desirableHow to ApplyThis role is being advertised via Academics.
