Revenue increased by 400% in Q4 2025, and the company is targeting a further 4x increase in revenue as it continues to scale.The leadership team includes engineers and researchers from organisations such as Apple, Oxford University, and Cambridge University, bringing together deep technical expertise and world-class research backgrounds.Their platform enables organisations to deploy intelligent agents capable of learning, adapting, and executing real operational processes. At the heart of this vision is a platform that allows these agents to be trained, evaluated, and continuously improved as they interact with real-world workflows.The company is now hiring an AI Engineering Manager (Agentic) to lead the development of this core platform and help define the architecture behind the next generation of intelligent automation systems.This role will report directly to the CTO and lead a team focused on building and scaling the company’s agent platform.The OpportunityThis is a senior technical leadership role focused on shaping the systems that enable intelligent agents to learn, evolve, and operate reliably in production environments.You will work closely with engineering and product leadership to define the technical direction of the platform while leading a team of experienced engineers responsible for building and scaling it.This is an opportunity to play a key role in defining the architecture behind a rapidly evolving AI platform and to help shape the future of intelligent automation.Technology EnvironmentThe platform sits at the intersection of AI systems, automation, and scalable platform engineering, typically involving technologies such as:Large language model–driven systemsAI-assisted automation and orchestrationIntelligent workflow systemsData pipelines and evaluation frameworksDistributed platform architecturesWhat We’re Looking ForCore ExperienceStrong experience building complex software platforms or distributed systemsExperience working with AI-driven or automation-focused productsAbility to define and deliver technical vision for a platform or product areaExperience leading or mentoring senior engineering teamsA strong systems-thinking and platform engineering mindsetAdditional ExperienceExperience in high-growth technology environmentsExposure to enterprise-scale software systemsFamiliarity with automation, workflow platforms, or AI evaluation approachesWhy This Role MattersThis platform sits at the centre of how the company’s technology evolves.Every system built and every workflow automated contributes to improving the intelligence and capability of the platform.
