Civil Litigation Solicitor - Kent Kent | Legal 500 Firm | Multi-Office Practice Are you an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation across Kent? This long-established, multi-office practice is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their growing team. The Role: You will handle a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, which may include: Contractual disputes Property litigation (landlord & tenant, boundary disputes) Professional negligence Debt recovery and enforcement Contentious probate matters You will work closely with senior lawyers in the department while also having the autonomy to manage your own caseload and contribute to the firm's continued success.
