They offer Tax Consulting for their strong client portfolio which is made up of OMBs based in Northern Ireland many of whom are sizeable and complex. The role will be a mix of complex tax planning with corporate clients, private clients, personal tax structures etcProvision of general tax advice to a wide ranging portfolio of clients made up of owner managed businesses who are involved in merger and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.Preparation of Tax Due Diligence reports and provision of advice in respect of M&A and funding mattersShareholder advisory assignments and structure planningAbility to carry out detailed technical research both individually and part of the teamCAI and or CTA qualifiedAbility to work efficiently and prioritise as neededStrong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client expectationsExcellent technical skills, coupled with strong commercial awarenessKeen eye for detail and solutions drivenTo find out more about this opportunity please contact Sara McKinty who will be happy to share additional information.
