Business Development Executive BelfastMonday - Thursday 7.30 am 4.30pm Friday 7.30 am 3.30pm Reporting to the Business Development Manager, responsible for supporting the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, managing communications, and coordinating bid and marketing activities. Working closely with internal teams to strengthen the companys market presence and future project pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), ensuring regular engagement and content posting.Prepare press releases and internal communications to promote company developments.Manage and maintain the CRM system, tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales activity.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure follow-up actions and opportunities are progressed.Develop customer relationship maps to identify key stakeholders and decision makers.Support bid management activities including updating the bid library, preparing supporting content, and formatting compliant tender submissions.Skills:Sales construction industry sales / bid admin client relat
