Your new companyI am working with a company in the Transportation and Logistics industry who are looking for a recently qualified Management Accountant (0-2 years PQE) to support their growing team. It is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking team. Your new roleReporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will be: Preparing management accounts informationMonitoring external reporting requirementsUtilising systems to enhance models and forecasting processesAssisting with the design and implementation of improved financial processes and controlsProviding accurate, timely and reliable financial information to assist management and decision-making.Undertaking research on VAT / tax related issues as needed.Budgeting and forecastingBusiness partneringFinancial modelling What you'll need to succeedYou will be a fully qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA (0-2 years PQE). You will have experience working in industry, with some of the above responsibilities. You will ideally have previous exposure to the transportation or logistics industry. What you'll get in returnA competitive salary of £60,000 - 70,000 + bonus + benefits. You will also gain exposure to the senior finance team, working closely with the Finance Director. You'll have the opportunity to develop your commercial mindset.
