The school offers an exceptional, well-resourced environment including modern classrooms, specialist facilities, and an experienced therapeutic team on site.Students have diverse and complex needs including MLD, SLD, autism, ADHD, sensory and physical impairments, and in some cases complex medical conditions. Many require support with managing sensory overload, anxiety and transitions, which may be reflected through their behaviour.Due to continued growth, the school is seeking a compassionate and motivated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team and help create positive outcomes for young people preparing for adulthood.The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting students across all areas of their learning and development.
