Key Responsibilities as a Learning Manager Leading on learning strategies and supporting teaching standards across your assigned year groups or departmentsWorking with teachers and support staff to implement targeted interventionsSupporting behaviour for learning, inclusion, and pastoral systemsUsing data to monitor progress, identify gaps, and help plan solutionsDelivering small-group learning sessions or academic mentoring where requiredBuilding positive relationships with staff, students, and parentsContributing to whole-school improvement and maintaining an aspirational culture ? What We're Looking For Experience working in education-ideally in a leadership or learning-development roleStrong understanding of teaching, learning, behaviour, or SEND supportExcellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skillsAbility to work collaboratively with staff at all levelsA proactive, resilient approach and a commitment to raising achievementEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) �?
