This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified auditor who enjoys working with a diverse client base and developing their technical expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Opportunity You will be part of a dynamic audit team delivering high-quality work across a variety of audit assignments, ranging from straightforward engagements to more complex client projects.The role offers strong exposure to both technical audit work and client relationship management, providing an excellent platform to further develop your career within practice. What You’ll Be Doing Playing a key role in delivering high-quality external audit assignments across a diverse client portfolioSupporting audit planning and ensuring key risks are identified and addressed during the audit processWorking closely with managers and specialists where required to deliver technically robust solutionsBuilding strong relationships with clients and developing an understanding of their business objectivesProviding practical recommendations and insights to support clientsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the audit teamSupporting the development and engagement of junior team membersHelping identify opportunities to enhance processes and utilise technology to deliver excellent client service What We’re Looking For ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in external auditRecent experience within a UK accountancy practice environmentStrong knowledge of accounting and auditing standardsExperience using Excel, Word and audit software (CaseWare experience beneficial)Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skillsClient-focused with a proactive and commercial mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesA positive and collaborative approach to teamwork What’s On Offer Competitive salary depending on experienceHybrid working – 3 days from home and 2 days in the office33 days holiday including bank holidays with the option to buy or sell additional leaveEmployee recognition and reward programmesClear progression opportunities and professional development supportEmployee Assistance Programme including wellbeing and counselling supportA supportive and collaborative team culture Interested?
