Salary to £55,000Based in the West-End09:30-17:30 working hoursExceptional employee benefits10% firm pension contributionFree in-office meals Key Responsibilities of the Finance Legal PA: Extensive diary management and establish / maintain deadline reminder systemsSchedule and organise meetings, conference, and departmental activitiesBook travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries and process travel expenses for reimbursementEnsure that lawyers weekly timesheets are dealt with a timely mannerPrepare legal documents and follow the firm’s document processing methods i.e. creates, spell checks, edits and proofreads workTranscribe from handwritten materials and, if applicable, dictationMaintain e-filing and management of email inboxes Skills & Requirements of the Finance Legal PA: Must have Legal PA / Secretarial experience at a high-ranking law firmStrong understanding of Microsoft Office related softwareExcellent teamwork and professional attitude
