The role: You will handle a varied caseload of employment matters, including:Advisory work for employers and employeesUnfair dismissal and discrimination claimsTUPE and redundancy mattersSettlement agreementsEmployment Tribunal work (as appropriate to experience)The role offers a good balance of contentious and non-contentious work, with autonomy over files and support where needed.
