Billings & Collections Supervisor Prestigious US Law Firm | London | Hybrid We are partnering with a highly respected US law firm to recruit an experienced Billings & Collections Supervisor to oversee revenue operations across their European offices. This is a senior, hands-on role within a high-performing international finance team, offering exposure to complex billing arrangements, cross-border collections and key stakeholder management. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys balancing operational oversight with hands-on delivery. Key Responsibilities Billing Operations Manage the full billing cycle for assigned partners and client groupsReview prebills, engagement terms, rates, currencies and billing arrangementsEnsure accurate and timely distribution of monthly billing dataOversee e-billing processes, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and resolving rejections or delaysMaintain accurate records, including credit notes, trust balances and invoice documentation Collections & Cashflow Drive proactive collections activity, with a particular focus on aged receivablesMonitor payment trends and escalate accounts requiring additional attentionBuild strong working relationships with partners to support effective collection strategiesEnsure compliance with VAT, SRA rules and internal policies Leadership & Team Management Oversee the European billing and collections team, ensuring workloads are prioritised and queries resolved promptlyProvide coaching, guidance and ongoing development to Client Account ManagersSupport departmental projects, including system enhancements and user acceptance testing Cross-Border Collaboration Work closely with global billing teams and attend regular international meetingsSupport attorneys in other regions when requiredAssist with double taxation documentation and client supplier information Skills & Experience Significant experience in revenue, billing or collections within a law firmExperience supervising or mentoring team membersStrong knowledge of VAT, SAR rules and UK billing requirementsProficiency with Elite 3E and advanced Excel skillsA confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
