Position: Windows & EUC Support EngineerExperience: 7+ yearsLocation: Canary Wharf, UKHybrid (2 days a week)Inside IR35OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Windows & End-User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer with strong expertise in managing and supporting Windows environments, modern endpoint devices, and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing policies within enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent Windows support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.Manage and support EUC devices, including laptops, desktops, and related peripherals.Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems.Create, manage, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enforce security and configuration standards.Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and device management features.Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring for Windows-based environments.Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to enhance system reliability and user experience.Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of proven experience in Windows support and EUC environments.Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.Hands-on experience with Group Policy creation and management.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and support.Solid understanding of endpoint security, device configuration, and user access management.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment.
