With significant investment and expansion plans, the business is continuing to scale rapidly across the UK and internationally.This role sits within a high-performing finance team and will play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, supporting technical accounting matters, and helping the business continue to evolve its finance processes as it grows.The Role:As Financial Accountant, you will support the delivery of accurate financial reporting while partnering closely with the wider finance function to ensure robust controls and compliance.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts and external reporting requirementsAssisting with year-end processes and external auditSupporting group consolidations and technical accounting mattersReviewing balance sheet reconciliations and strengthening financial controlsWorking closely with wider finance teams to improve reporting processesAssisting with accounting projects as the business continues to scaleThis opportunity would suit a newly qualified accountant looking to step into a progressive environment where they can develop strong technical accounting exposure.You will likely have:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or newly qualified)Background in practice or industry financial reportingStrong understanding of financial controls and statutory reportingA proactive mindset with the ability to improve processesStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teamsWhy Join:£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus Private equity-backed business with ambitious growth plansExposure to a high-performing finance functionStrong opportunity for career development and progressionHybrid working and supportive leadership teamOpportunity to be involved in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives
