Hiring: Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+) Staffordshire / West Midlands Well-established regional law firmI'm working with a respected regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified +) to join its busy and growing Commercial Property team.This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ or junior solicitor to build strong technical experience within a supportive environment, handling high-quality work for a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and owner-managed businesses.The RoleYou'll be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsDrafting and negotiating commercial leases, renewals and variationsAdvising on landlord and tenant mattersSupporting on development and investment workTitle investigation, due diligence and reportingManaging matters from instruction through to completion and post-completionDirect client contact and involvement in business development activitiesThe Ideal CandidateNewly Qualified solicitor or up to 3-4 years' PQEExperience in commercial property gained during training or post-qualificationStrong drafting and technical skillsCommercial, client-focused approachAbility to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervisionEnthusiastic, proactive and keen to develop long-term within a firmWhat's on OfferSupportive and collaborative team cultureHigh-quality regional commercial property workClear scope for career development and progressionCompetitive salary and benefits, dependent on experience If you're a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ+ level and open to hearing more, please apply or message me directly for a confidential discussion.
