Service Care Legal are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional secretary to support a busy team of solicitors in a department known for delivering high-quality legal services.Working closely with lawyers and support staff, the successful candidate will provide efficient and accurate document production, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within required deadlines. The role suits someone organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.ROLE: Legal Secretary – Private ClientLOCATION: BromleySALARY: £28,000 – £32,000 per annumKey ResponsibilitiesProduce and amend legal documents including correspondence, wills, lasting powers of attorney, deeds and other client documentation in line with firm style and procedures.Prioritise incoming work, proofread documents for accuracy and ensure all attachments and formatting are correct.Liaise with solicitors, team leaders and support staff to ensure timely completion of work and maintain clear communication on progress.Support wider team workloads when required and contribute to maintaining an efficient document production service.Person SpecificationPrevious Legal Secretary experience within a Private Client department.Accurate typing speed of 60+ words per minute with strong document formatting skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with the ability to amend and reformat documents.If this sounds like an opportunity of interest, please contact Lloyd Stanley on , or email .
