At Lifeways Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of support services for adults with learning disabilities, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our supported living service in Prudhoe. Your Role As Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll supervise and support a dedicated team of Support Workers, helping them deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Support and supervise the delivery of person-centred servicesAssist with rota planning and timesheet accuracyPromote health and safety for both service users and staffEnsure safeguarding and wellbeing of all individuals supportedContinuously develop your own practice and contribute to service improvementProvide supervision and guidance to Support Workers About You Essential: NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within social careFlexible approach and willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call rotaStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Join us and make a real difference in people’s lives.
