This is a key role where you will provide valuable financial insight, help shape business decisions and improve operational performance across multiple companies. As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with both finance and operational teams, offering challenge, support, and clarity to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth. If you enjoy turning numbers into meaningful insights and influencing real business outcomes, this role is for you.The role of the Finance Business PartnerProducing timely and insightful monthly management accounts across several Group companiesDelivering KPIs, variance analysis, and clear financial commentarySupporting and challenging decision-making across operational teamsAnalysing performance, particularly around production downtime and efficiencyLeading budgeting and forecasting processesConducting investment appraisals and make/buy analysisPresenting financial results and driving continuous improvement initiativesSupporting EBITDA, cash flow, and project performance improvementsAssisting with CapEx planning and evaluationMaintaining strong financial controls and compliance with accounting standardsContributing to system and process improvements across the finance functionSupporting the year-end audit processCollaborating with operations to ensure accurate reportingThe ideal candidate for the role of Finance Business PartnerCIMA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in a similar roleAdvanced Excel skills and strong IT proficiencyFlexible approach to work, including occasional travel to Group sitesTo Apply If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for Benjamin Edwards, please do not hesitate to apply.
