This will include managing portfolios, handling filings and renewals and assisting with contentious and non-contentious matters. The role will give you exposure to complex and interesting cases, with the opportunity to take on responsibility and client contact from an early stage.Responsibilities include:Preparing and filing UK and international trade mark applicationsManaging trade mark renewals and recordalsMonitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting attorneys and solicitors on contentious mattersLiaising with clients, overseas associates and IP officesDrafting correspondence and documentation as requiredAbout You You will have:Proven experience in a trade mark paralegal or administrator role within an IP practice or in-house teamStrong knowledge of UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO proceduresExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectivelyStrong communication skills and a client-focused approach#INDMADS
