I’m currently partnering with a growing, multi-entity business to appoint a commercially focused Financial Controller to lead and develop their finance function.This is a broad and high-impact role, managing a team and taking full ownership of group finance from monthly reporting and consolidations through to budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow managementKey Achievements• Full ownership of group finance across multiple entities• Leadership of month-end, transactional finance, and payroll• Close business partnering with operational teams to drive project profitability• Oversight of cash flow, tax compliance (VAT, CIS, PAYE, Corp Tax), and audit processes• Involvement in ERP systems ) and continuous improvement initiativesThe company are seeking:A fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong post-qualified experienceStrong ERP system experienceThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial insight and team leadership.
