Health & Safety and Facilities Manager (Part-Time) Croydon (Hybrid Working) 24 hours per week (across 4–5 days) £37,885 pro rata (£55,250 FTE)Hourly rate £30.36 + Holiday pay (£34.02)Pension We are working with a well-established organisation in Croydon who are looking to appoint a Health & Safety and Facilities Manager on a part-time basis.This is a key role responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-managed working environment, alongside overseeing facilities operations and contractor management.The RoleLead on all aspects of health and safety across the organisationEnsure compliance with UK health and safety legislationOversee facilities management and day-to-day site operationsManage contractors, suppliers, and service agreementsMonitor budgets and support facilities-related projectsLine manage a Facilities Coordinator (currently being recruited)Working Pattern24 hours per week, across 4 - 5 daysMinimum 2 days in the office (initially 3 days on-site during onboarding)RequirementsNEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) or strong relevant experiencePrevious experience in facilities or office managementStrong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and complianceExperience managing contractors, budgets, and projectsFull right to work in the UKAdditional InformationCandidates must be available to start by 13 April 2026 to allow for a full handover periodApplicants with later availability will be considered as secondary optionsShould your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.Please note: The job title shown above may be different to local job titles used in the client’s business and issued on their contract of employment.Thank you for your interest in our role.
