We create engaging and accessible experiences for families, schools, and the general public.THE ROLEWe are recruiting Front of House / Customer Service Staff to join our team at Battersea Power Station. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering excellent visitor experiences in a busy public venue.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service- Ticket and merchandise sales- Managing visitor flow and entry times- Assisting with seating and session turnover- Supporting families and school groups- Answering visitor questions- Handling payments and basic sales records- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areasWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORExperience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or eventsFriendly communication skillsProfessional and reliable attitudeAvailability for the full contract periodWHAT WE OFFER£13 per hourFixed-term contractSupportive team environment
