BMS Package Manager – Large Scale Project London £85,000 – £90,000 + Excellent PackageWe are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a leading contractor delivering complex projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical environments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.The RoleAs a BMS Package Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Building Management System (BMS) package, ensuring seamless integration, commissioning, and handover across large-scale data centre developments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of the BMS package, from design through to commissioning and handoverCoordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and specialist BMS vendorsEnsure systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standardsOversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systemsMonitor progress, manage risks, and drive programme milestonesEnsure compliance with health & safety and relevant standardsLiaise with clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and updatesRequirementsProven experience as a BMS Package Manager, BMS Project Manager, or similar roleStrong background working on data centre or mission-critical projectsIn-depth knowledge of BMS / controls systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)Experience managing specialist subcontractors and commissioning processesStrong communication and coordination skillsWhat’s on OfferSalary of £85,000 – £90,000Competitive package including bonus, car allowance, and pensionOpportunity to work on high-profile data centre projectsCareer progression within a growing and well-established contractorIf you’re a BMS specialist looking to step into a senior delivery role within the data centre sector, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
