Staffline are working in partnership with one of the largest and privately owned Facilities Management, Catering and Ancillary service providers in Ireland, recruiting for a Venue Presentation Manager on a permanent basis based in BelfastSalary: £34KBenefits25 days annual leave Company Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Company Events Working Pattern 40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday 9-5pm) Must be flexible to work around eventsMust be available for night and weekends to work around events Job RoleResponsible for the day-to-day management of the unit.Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidaysCompleting onsite quality auditsReplenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetingsDealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards. Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessary Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials. The Person Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days workedAn excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standardCustomer service focusedCommunication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.Previous cleaning supervisory experience.Clean driving licence6 months or more experience in a similar role.GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
