What You’ll Be Doing As an Apprentice Compounder, you will learn how to prepare and measure precise quantities of powder compounds used in our extrusion machines. These materials are essential for producing high-quality windows, so your role will be key to maintaining our excellent standards. You will be trained to: Accurately measure and weigh powder ingredientsFollow detailed production formulasEnsure consistency and quality in every batchKeep work areas clean, organised, and safeWork closely with the extrusion and production teamsUse basic maths skills to calculate quantities and adjustments What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you: Have strong attention to detailAre confident using numbers and basic mathsEnjoy practical, hands-on workAre eager to learn, reliable, and safety-consciousWork well as part of a teamTake pride in doing a job accurately and carefully No previous manufacturing experience is needed — we’ll provide full training.
