You’ll gain exposure to sales pipelines, customer lifecycle, and retention - continuing to build the foundations of a great career in Revenue Operations.What you’ll be doingOwn day-to-day HubSpot administration (users, permissions, setup)Keep CRM data clean, structured and reliable across school and MAT accountsSupport workflows and automation that improve sales and customer success efficiencyHelp manage pipelines for new school acquisition and trust-level dealsBuild reports and dashboards to track performance and engagementSupport onboarding and retention processes for education customersAct as the go-to for HubSpot queries and internal supportWhat I'm looking forExperience using HubSpot (any Hub) in a commercial & sales environmentStrong attention to detail, particularly around data qualityConfident with Excel and/or Google SheetsOrganised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasksClear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionallyNice to have:HubSpot certificationsExperience in EdTech, SaaS and/or or working with teachers, schools / MATs / public sectorExposure to sales pipelines, reporting and/or customer lifecycle processesWhy this role stands outClear pathway into Revenue / Sales OperationsHands-on exposure to commercial performance and decision-makingOpportunity to work closely with Sales and Customer Success teamsA mission-led environment supporting schools, teachers, and learnersHybrid working, 4 day working week and a supportive, collaborative cultureApply nowIf you’re looking for a role where you can build real HubSpot CRM expertise while developing commercial skills, this is a great opportunity to grow.
