Its a fantastic chance to make a real impact in a company where culture and people come first.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and reporting.Partner with the senior leadership team to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk.Provide insightful reporting to stakeholders and help drive commercial performance.Liaise with external partners such as auditors, banks, and advisors.Support business expansion initiatives, including potential new site openings or acquisitions.Qualifications & Experience:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience.Previous experience in senior finance role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.Comfortable working in a high-growth, evolving SME environment.Why Apply?This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a thriving business at a pivotal point in its growth journey.
