We are seeking a Room Leader who is passionate about providing high-quality teaching, learning, and care in a modern, purpose-built environment.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of EYFS activities within your room.Guide and support practitioners in delivering outstanding interactions and model best practice.Oversee daily routines including meals, sleep, toileting, and transitions.Ensure accurate observations and assessments are completed, using children’s interests to shape planning and continuous provision.Maintain a safe environment, complete regular checks, and follow safeguarding procedures.Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and lead daily team briefings and weekly planning meetings.Support the emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour of children.Required Skills & Qualifications:Level 3 Early Years qualification.Strong knowledge and experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Proven ability to lead a small team confidently.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Desirable:Experience as a senior practitioner.Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or behaviour support training.Benefits:30 days holidays including bank holidays.Nest Pension.3 paid INSET days per year.Fully funded training.Annual discretionary bonus.Discounted childcare.Team socials each year.This role is perfect for someone who is warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
