Belfast?? £50,000 £60,000 + PackageA well-established Belfast-based joinery and interior fit-out contractor is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple commercial fit-out and bespoke joinery projects across Northern Ireland and the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong project oversight experience to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality interior and joinery packages for commercial clients.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.You will work closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery and strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple joinery and interior fit-out projectsManage project programmes, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate with site managers, design teams, and subcontractorsEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetMonitor quality control and health & safety complianceAttend site meetings and liaise directly with clientsSupport commercial teams with project cost management and variationsProvide leadership and direction to site teamsWhat We Are Looking ForPrevious experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager within fit-out, interiors, or joineryStrong understanding of commercial construction project deliveryAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong client-facing abilityFull UK driving licenceThe Package£50,000 £60,000 salaryCompany vehicle / allowancePensionOpportunity to work with a growing contractor delivering high-quality projectsSkills:Construction FitOut Joinery
