Property Disputes Partner – Leading National PracticeAn established commercial practice with a strong London presence is seeking an experienced Property Disputes Partner to join its growing Real Estate Litigation team. This is a standout opportunity for a senior specialist who combines technical excellence with proven leadership and business development experience.The successful candidate will enjoy the autonomy to drive growth, develop client relationships and shape the strategic direction of a thriving team.The Opportunity:As a senior figure within the department, you will take a central role in delivering high-level contentious property work while also supporting the development and performance of a wider team.Key responsibilities include: Acting as the lead Lawyer on complex and high-value commercial property disputesManaging your own caseload profitably while supervising and developing junior team membersBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers, contributing to key account developmentLeading targeted business development initiatives, sector expansion and thought leadership activityProviding day-to-day team leadership: setting goals, monitoring performance and ensuring high quality of work outputOverseeing financial performance, billing processes and overall profitability for both your matters and the team About You:You will be a recognised property disputes specialist with significant experience advising on commercial landlord & tenant issues, development disputes and a broad range of contentious real estate matters. You will bring: Extensive experience within a dedicated Property/Real Estate Disputes practiceStrong client management skills and a track record of delivering excellent serviceAn existing client following and a clear business planProven success converting BD activity into new instructions and long-term relationshipsExperience managing, mentoring and motivating junior Lawyers This role is ideal for an existing Partner or a Senior Associate with a ready-made business case for partnership.Why This Role?
